Hi everyone, our team at Fancards wants to make sure we do our part to keep cardholders up-to-date on how you can continue to use your Fancard despite the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Here are some important features and ways to use your Fancard!

MOBILE CHECK LOAD

You can load a check from anywhere and at any time thanks to your Fancard and our partnership with the Ingo Money App. Simply download the app, take a couple pictures of your check, and you are good to go! And don’t worry, the Ingo Money App is available for both iOS and Android devices.

LOAD WITH CASH

Cash loading is one of the most flexible options for reloading your Fancard, and can be at thousands of locations nationwide. This includes many grocery stores and pharmacies, which are places most likely to remain open in light of the current coronavirus pandemic. To find a location convenient for you, click here!

USE APPLE PAY

For iPhone users, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends using contactless payments as much as possible. That means Fancard cardholders are strongly encouraged to use Apple Pay as much as possible. Putting your Fancard in your Apple Wallet takes less than a minute, and can be done easily through the Fancard Mobile Banking app!
