If you believe your card account has been compromised, or have noticed any unauthorized charges on your Fancard, simply login to your Fancards Mobile App or your account online, and flip the ON/OFF switch to OFF.
We have implemented the "Fancard Freeze" so you have the ability to simply disable and enable your Fancard.
